This year’s theme is Conversations From The Heart. In honor of Heart Health Awareness Month, The Red Dress Experience has curated professional development workshops, and coaching sessions for empowering female leaders and having heart-to-heart conversations addressing the unique challenges specific to black women in business, corporate, non-profit, education, government, and faith-based community entities. These conversations with leaders will help them reduce stress, promote having a healthy heart, and prepare them for professional growth.

Our Purpose:

Our purpose is to provide leadership intelligence for women of color on how to rise above the myths and stereotypes of gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, and generation to help advance, prepare, and empower them for executive leadership-level roles. As well as take care of their mind, body, and spirits in order to professionally navigate challenging moments and combat workplace bias.

Women are empowered by what they learn and what they are exposed to, as well as their unique experiences and intersecting identities, so it is important to embrace and address the divergent challenges and barriers they face. Our Red Dress Experience is training curated by women for women. This 3 Day comprehensive conference  provides interactive heartfelt conversations and a safe space for black women's professional stories, and experiences and allows participants to glean from one another. Experience a journey of empowerment and reflection, resulting in strengthened performance, hope and healing,  and professional confidence for pathways to C-Suite and Leadership.

Additionally, our Red Dress Experience is the #1 Conference for Black Women In Leadership as well as the networking in the red event of the year,  where we conclude the conference in celebration and awards by hosting over 200 women from across the nation who are influential as women leaders and business owners that empower other women in their respective industries, community, and in faith-based organizations.
